Cannabis
This module introduces the endocannabinoid system and teaches practitioners to detect and correct endocannabinoid tone using cannabis medicine. It surveys major cannabinoids and terpenes, explains how they work together (the “entourage effect”), outlines extraction and product quality, and provides guidance on dosing and prescription in clinical settings.

About Cannabis
The cannabis module demystifies the endocannabinoidome—an intricate network of receptors, enzymes and genes that maintains physiologic balance—and shows how phytocannabinoids and terpenes modulate this system. You’ll learn to assess endocannabinoid tone and address imbalances using medicinal cannabis, drawing on evidence‑based insights into the history, pharmacology and misconceptions surrounding cannabinoids and terpenes. The course also covers extraction methods, consumer‑grade product evaluation and best practices for dosing and prescribing, equipping you with the tools to integrate cannabis therapeutics into clinical practice responsibly.
