The 2026 HOMeHOPe Conference - October 2-3, Chicago

150 practitioners and health optimizers. 2 days. The frontier of what health can actually be.

Limited to 150 participants

Conference attendees gathered together

The Healthcare System Optimizes for Disease. We Optimize for Health.

  • Most medicine waits for something to go wrong - then treats the symptom. Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe) takes a fundamentally different approach: it maps your body's biochemistry, identifies what's suboptimal, and restores it - before disease ever gets a foothold.
  • It's not anti-aging hype. It's not wellness fluff. It's a rigorous, practitioner-led framework built on clinical science - and it's changing how the most forward-thinking clinicians and health-conscious individuals approach the body.
  • This conference is where that community comes together.
My favorite thing [about this conference] is hearing how our health is actually in our hands and is actually so much more predictable than the crisis of disease kind of leads us to believe.”

Frequently asked questions

I'm not a healthcare practitioner. Is this conference still for me?

Absolutely. About 50% of our attendees are health enthusiasts, biohackers, and individuals optimizing their own biology. The science is presented accessibly, and the community welcomes anyone serious about health.

What's Health Optimization Medicine? I've never heard of it.

HOMe is a clinical framework that maps your body's biochemistry and works to optimize it - before disease develops. It was founded by Dr. Ted Achacoso and is now practiced by certified clinicians on six continents. This conference is the best way to experience it firsthand.

How is this different from other health conferences?

Scale. Access. Depth. With only 200 attendees and 12+ speakers, the ratio is roughly 15:1. You'll have real conversations with the people presenting - at lunch, between sessions, and at evening events. This isn't a stadium keynote experience.

How do I book my hotel room at The Drake Hotel?

Click the hotel booking link provided above or here. You will be directed to a specific booking portal for The Drake Hotel. Once there, you should see “Welcome to Health Optimization Medicine and Practice Conference.” Select October 2-3 as your stay dates, then adjust the room type and number of guests as needed. After selecting your room, proceed to checkout as usual to complete your reservation. Please note that room blocks close on September 1, 2026, and availability is not guaranteed after this date.

Are meals included in the ticket cost?

Yes. Meals are included with your ticket during the official conference from October 2-3.

What are the check-in and check-out times at The Drake Hotel?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Thursday, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday. If you require a later check-out time, this may be requested in advance or can be guaranteed by booking an extended stay.

Can I extend my stay at The Drake Hotel?

Yes, we encourage guests to extend their stay. Extended nights may be available at the group rate of $299 per night, based on hotel availability.

To request an extension, please email corban.rawls@troscriptions.com or the hotel directly and CC our team so we can track extended stays related to the event.

Please include your name, original reservation dates, and the additional dates you're requesting. The hotel will confirm availability and pricing directly with you.

When should I plan to arrive?

Attendees who are interested in participating in an exclusive, optional session with HOMeHOPe faculty and select members of the Troscriptions team should plan to arrive on Thursday at approximately 4:00 PM Central Time. The main conference programming will begin on Friday.

How will ticket purchases be confirmed?

After completing registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email with their ticket and registration details. Additional event information, including the agenda and logistical details, will be shared closer to the conference date.

Will there be hotel or travel recommendations?

Yes. Attendees who secure tickets early will have access to exclusive room rates at the Drake Hotel, our recommended and primary hotel for the event. Staying at the Drake places you in the center of all conference activity and offers the most convenient experience for attendees. Availability is limited, so we strongly encourage booking your room at the Drake as early as possible to take advantage of the special rate and proximity to the event.

Is the full agenda available yet?

The full agenda is still being finalized. A high-level overview will be shared in advance, with a detailed schedule provided to registered attendees closer to the conference date.

Will there be a limit on attendance?

Yes. Attendance will be limited to preserve the quality of the experience and allow for meaningful interaction with speakers and the HOMeHOPe Faculty. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there a refund policy?

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, tickets are non-refundable. However, we may accommodate transfers on a case-by-case basis or in the case of emergency. Hotel reservations are managed directly by the Drake and follow their applicable policies.
