How do I book my hotel room at The Drake Hotel?
Click the hotel booking link provided above or here. You will be directed to a specific booking portal for The Drake Hotel. Once there, you should see “Welcome to Health Optimization Medicine and Practice Symposium.” Select October 2–3 as your stay dates, then adjust the room type and number of guests as needed. After selecting your room, proceed to checkout as usual to complete your reservation. Please note that room blocks close on September 1, 2026, and availability is not guaranteed after this date.
What are the check-in and check-out times at The Drake Hotel?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Thursday, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday. If you require a later check-out time, this may be requested in advance or can be guaranteed by booking an extended stay.
Can I extend my stay at The Drake Hotel?
Yes, we encourage guests to extend their stay. Extended nights may be available at the group rate of $299 per night, based on hotel availability.
To request an extension, please email corban.rawls@troscriptions.com or the hotel directly and CC our team so we can track extended stays related to the event.
Please include your name, original reservation dates, and the additional dates you're requesting. The hotel will confirm availability and pricing directly with you.
When should I plan to arrive?
Attendees who are interested in participating in an exclusive, optional session with HOMeHOPe faculty and select members of the Troscriptions team should plan to arrive on Thursday at approximately 4:00 PM Central Time. The main symposium programming will begin on Friday.
How will ticket purchases be confirmed?
After completing registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email with their ticket and registration details. Additional event information, including the agenda and logistical details, will be shared closer to the symposium date.
Will there be hotel or travel recommendations?
Yes. Attendees who secure tickets early will have access to exclusive room rates at the Drake Hotel, our recommended and primary hotel for the event. Staying at the Drake places you in the center of all conference activity and offers the most convenient experience for attendees. Availability is limited, so we strongly encourage booking your room at the Drake as early as possible to take advantage of the special rate and proximity to the event.
Is the full agenda available yet?
The full agenda is still being finalized. A high-level overview will be shared in advance, with a detailed schedule provided to registered attendees closer to the event.
