Ed Caddye, MD

Dr. Ed found HOMeHOPe in the final years of his medical school education and quickly realized that this was a missing piece of the puzzle within a medical system that focuses on illness rather than health. Dr Ed is also a movement specialist and applies the HOMeHOPe framework to detect and correct foundational imbalances and deficiencies at every level for the benefit of as many people as he can.

Learn from the best

Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe) is built on the pioneering work of Dr. Theodore Achacoso, a physician trained in multiple disciplines who reimagined healthcare through the lens of proactive, real-time wellness. His approach, grounded in metabolomics, gut and hormone optimization, and the 80/20 principle, focuses only on what is essential to measure for foundational health. By shifting away from illness-based “normals” to optimal ranges based on our most resilient years, HOMe offers a science-backed framework for practitioners seeking to lead in the future of preventative health.
