Cenia Lucas-Acevedo, MD

Seeking to find a balanced solution to over-all wellness brought about Dr. Cenia's immersion in Health Optimization Medicine and Practice (HOMe/HOPe). Thereafter, she became board certified in Brussels in both Nutritional Medicine (Distinction) and Anti-Aging Medicine (Distinction). Moreover, she is a fellow of the Alinsod Institute for Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery (USA). Dr. Lucas-Acevedo is an advocate of complete fitness as seen in her form and countenance, and considers the optimization of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of her patients as her goals. To this end, she founded Vivacite, Center for Scientific Wellness (BGC, Taguig City, Philippines), of which she is the medical director.

Learn from the best

Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe) is built on the pioneering work of Dr. Theodore Achacoso, a physician trained in multiple disciplines who reimagined healthcare through the lens of proactive, real-time wellness. His approach, grounded in metabolomics, gut and hormone optimization, and the 80/20 principle, focuses only on what is essential to measure for foundational health. By shifting away from illness-based “normals” to optimal ranges based on our most resilient years, HOMe offers a science-backed framework for practitioners seeking to lead in the future of preventative health.
