The Buddha and the Guru were walking along the banks of Enlightenment River

In the middle of Enlightenment River sits Enlightenment Island.

...Of course, what else are you going to call it?

The Guru turns to the Buddha and says, \"Hey Buddha! I've been studying levitation at levitation island for 30 years and I can tell you, with absolute confidence, that I can levitate over this river and reach enlightenment Island!\"

The Buddha (smiling big with his bald head and big belly) looks at the guru and says, “Hey, Guru! Wow....30 years?! Really?! 30 years is a mighty long time. Why would I study Levitation at Levitation island for 30 years when the ferry to Enlightenment Island costs just one cent?”

But you're probably wondering...who will be my royally High Council of hosts for this podcast?

It's appropriate to start with the guy who got us all together in the first place, Dr. Ted Achacoso.

Dr. Ted is the founding pioneer of Health Optimization Medicine and Practice, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and one of two sponsors of this podcast. Our third host is Dr. Scott Sherr. Dr. Scott serves as the COO of both Health Optimization Medicine and Practice as well as Smarter Not Harder, Inc. He's also one of the world's leading experts in Hyperbaric Oxygen Medicine and is a practicing Health Optimization Medicine physician.

Last but not least is Boomer Anderson. When he is not winning barbeque championships, Boomer is the CEO of Health Optimization Medicine and Practice as well as Smarter Not Harder, Inc. makers of Troscriptions. In his own Health Optimization Practice, Boomer works with entrepreneurs leveraging large swaths of data and health technology.
