Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz is a physician, expert, speaker, and advocate for integrative women’s health. She is the founder ofThe Menopause Bootcamp, a live event offering an in-depth exploration of the menopausal transition, and the author of a book of the same name, released on October 11, 2022.
An OB/GYN and integrative health practitioner, Dr. Gilberg-Lenz provides thoughtful, candid, modern, and holistic insights into the physical and psychological challenges women face daily. She frequently appears as an expert in women’s health and integrative medicine on television, in print, and online, empowering and educating women and the broader public with compassionate, whole-person-focused information.
As a Diplomat of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a partner at Women’s Care of Beverly Hills, she has performed thousands of deliveries and continues to guide women through significant life phases, from adolescence to post-menopause. Dr. Gilberg-Lenz earned her medical degree in 1996 from the USC School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She obtained a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist degree from the California College of Ayurveda in 2010 and achieved board certification in integrative and holistic medicine in 2008.
Dr. Gilberg-Lenz is deeply committed to healing that extends beyond individuals to include families, communities, and the planet.
